Although there are clouds in the sky, my heart is beaming with hope, anticipation, and an amazing awareness that I do not control anything but me. My choices in life and for my future are just that, mine. I can choose to sit and stew, be anxious, and all cranky..... or .... stand in the truth of it all.

What will you let go control of today? How will you get your deep breath in that situation that gives you a rapid heart rate or sleepless night? Will you acknowledge your powerlessness in it? Or will you dig your heels in to 'just be right because you can'? What will you allow to benefit you today?
Letting go is so refreshing and renewing....bringing restoration to the authentic you.
